The challenge
Each branch kept its own patient database. Returning patients were re-registered, lab results were emailed between sites, and clinicians rarely saw a full history.
What we built
A central patient index with identity matching, synchronisation from each branch system, and role-based access so clinicians see what they need and nothing more.
